WHO WE ARE.

 

PARKER WRIGHT CONSULTING IS AN INDEPENDENT RECRUITMENT FIRM THAT OPERATES ACROSS THE ADVISORY AND MANAGEMENT CONSULTING ARENA.

OUR APPROACH.

We have a highly effective and proactive search and recruitment methodology that has enabled us to become the go-to firm for delivering on high impact and difficult to fill vacancies. We are also the go-to firm for candidates who are looking for the best jobs in the Advisory and Consulting arena.  

 

We work with a carefully chosen portfolio of preeminent clients who are leaders and trailblazers in their field, who in turn demand the best talent to fill their respective role requirements. These range from major global firms through to smaller specialist boutiques. We partner with them to source gifted candidates against their highly demanding requirements.

The candidates that we source will typically not be actively looking for a new role and could be categorised as the 'high-hanging fruit', i.e. outstanding performers that would be difficult to engage with by using a passive recruitment approach. We, therefore, engage in a highly proactive recruitment approach to source and engage with these 'best of the best' candidates.

WE ARE NOT A TYPICAL RECRUITMENT FIRM. WE HAVE MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OVER WHICH WE HAVE WORKED TOWARDS PERFECTING OUR CRAFT. THIS HAS ENABLED US TO CONSISTENTLY DELIVER ON DIFFICULT TO FILL VACANCIES WHERE OTHERS' HAVE FAILED.

The recruitment process can be a journey and we aim to make a positive impact on the whole experience. Candidates will ideally have gained consulting and industry experience across Financial Services sectors including Asset Management, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and Insurance.

ADVANCED ANALYTICS

  • Strong background in Statistics and Mathematics

  • Proficiency in SQL is required, and familiarity with NoSQL data stores is a plus

  • Proficiency with data wrangling, visualization, and modeling in either R or Python is required, familiarity with other analytical software such as SAS or SPSS is a plus.

  • Experience with explaining and performing a variety of data science and machine learning techniques

  • Predictive modeling, churn analysis, time series forecasting, computer vision, text mining, recommender systems, market basket analysis, segmentation, graph analytics, natural language processing and text analytics

  • Experience with dashboard and reporting tools such as Tableau and Qlik

 

Candidates will typically have a Masters’ Degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science,  Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, or Physics.
